ive just bought one of these myself and ur pics show the same scenario i'm looking at, the 2 hangers that come with it are now wide enough to span truss to truss (which thru out the world is 24" if i'm correct) i guess that would take brains eh? so now i gotta engineer something like you did...

i was looking at the mr heater 4500btu fur at tsc and they only have propane i was told theres a conversion kit available to make it gas...anyone ever messed with this? what all is in the kit

if it is trusses, and hopefully uninsulated i would make sure my weight was tied into the upper part of the truss under the roof decking and even then some flat bar laminated onto the truss to spread the weight out would be the best...tie in well to every truss and use a trolly beam longer then...

i have a proto pin punch set, got it mail order from somewhere or other over the years, anyhow one of the punches broke. does proto offer any kinda warranty on there tools and if so where do i contact them...if not where would i get a replacement i need to get this off my fridge and replaced one...

i was told a smaller unit would take longer to recover but the extended run time would warm the interior stuff up better? as the hot air is moving for a longer duration...

sounds like the guy who sold u the trusses is as smart as a fence post :lol_hitti it is such an easy wat to do it and the strongest as well

there was a post a long time back about there only being 2 manufacters of air compressors and the rest being made by these said 2..i believe it was a lawsuit of some sort that showed who made what...ive tried the search function but either i cant spell compressor manufacter or it dont work...

this seems to be a verry odd situation. whoever sold u the truss's should have sold you 2 gable endwall trusses for either end that are 3.5" lower in dimension then the regular truss allowing you to use it as a cantilever from the 2nd truss in line, this way u could have the 2' eve on the gable...
