    here and there, some are higher and some lower in the screwdrivers, you can only get them as singles but they range from about $9.00 to $21.00. the snips and pliers are the same way anywhere from about $30 to $60.

    i dont know about the hannay, but i have sprung, and resprun the cox reels, its pretty easy. with the bare reel the instructions say spring until its too hard to go anymore by hand and then do one more revolution until the ratchet stops the reel. then connect the hose and let it rewind...
