I have no problem buying factory reconditioned power tools. It has been my experience that they are a great value. Most reconditioned tools are returns that can't be resold as new and tools used for just one job were the owner decided to use it and the return it.(There are exceptions to this)...

The LED shines on the area you are working on. I have seen mirrors with 1 LED and 3LEDs. I have 1 LED on the one I have and it provides enough light for my tasks.

I bought one of the new LED lighted Ullman mirrors of the Matco truck when they first came out a few months ago. It's not a magnifier. I works very well for working under dashboards.

The link you show is adjustable in width. It's magnetic. you an make it as wide or as narrow as you need. I have the screwdriver holder from Ernst and it works the same way. I believe they also make a stick down version as well. I prefer the magnetic on because you can adjust as your need change.

I must be really lucky with my local Sears. I take broken stuff to them all the time and they just give me a new one. In the past I have even upgraded to a better model just buy saying I would like to upgrade. I just pay the difference. That is how I got my set of the new thin profile pro...
