    Tool Storage Question

Seems the trend in tool storage keeps getting bigger, boxes that are wider, deeper, and taller. Which makes me wonder how is that the old time mechanics, the ones in the '60s, '70s, and '80s could have average sized boxes, maybe 33" wide 18" deep and chest high or so, but still have plenty of...

    Screws for Vise Jaws

I have an old Columbian vise I've been cleaning up and just painted today. I'd like to find some new slotted screws for the jaws to replace the originals. Should any good Mom & Pop hardware store have these? Or will I need to get them from a more specialized outlet?

My Latest Toolbox Project: Snap On Rick Mears Special Edition (Picture heavy!)

Didn't look like much when I picked it up. Whenever I buy a toolbox to redo, I look for ones that aren't dented to hell and where the drawers will work fine when cleaned up. Chrome was pretty decent. Had to use my plastic head hammer to do a little banging around on it, but nothing major...
