Miller Multimatic 215 vs Lincoln Power Mig 210MP

I use Cyerweld frequently. I haven’t bought a machine online from there, although I purchased a Hobart off Amazon last year. I purchased my Digital Infinity welding helmet and also buy almost all my consumables from Cyberweld. Prices are competitive and the shipping is fast.

We’re loving it. Occasionally I miss the bed of the Taco, but the increase in interior room has been great plus I still have my trailer. With my sons car seat in the rear passenger side, I can put the front passenger seat all the way back and have plenty of left room and I’m 6’2”; couldn’t do...

Yeah that was the first places I tried with no luck. Tried TSC thinking they might have something useful for animals but no luck there. Ended up finding a 1/8” thick generic truck bed mat at Northern Tool for $30 that worked perfectly and I have plenty of material left over. This one...

Yeah I saw people posting about doing it. It just didn’t cross my mind when they didn’t have the tool I wanted. Who knows, maybe Milwaukee will come out will other tools I want in the M12 line and then HD will run the special again so I can be smarter again.

Dang, I’d only I would’ve known. I gotta say, it was a struggle to get the discount in the first place. I confirmed on the app that it was still active, but for some reason the discount would’ve apply in my cart. Then I went to the store since I was out running errands anyway, and it didn’t give...

Got my first bit of Milwaukee tools today. I’ve been eyeing the M12 Fuel line since, based on size, they seem more useful in an engine bay than the Dewalt 12v stuff. Grabbed the M12 Fuel Drill, Impact, and Die Grinder from HD today and got my $80 off. Would’ve hit the $500 mark to get the $150...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Finished my welding cart, got rubber mat down each shelf. Transferred everything over, plus I even had room to hang my 220v extension cord which I only bought so I could weld outside my garage if needed. Plus vacuumed the floor, set up my new bench top parts washer and played with my new...

Finished up all the welding on my cart. Got a bunch of hooks on and spray a coat of rattlecan primer. Gonna throw some black on it tomorrow and hopefully either tomorrow night or Monday, I can transfer everything over.

It’s insane compared to this one I’ve had for a few years. The Ridgid sucked all the dust and debris from my shop floor with two 20” extensions on it, plus the wide floor tip. My shop vac branded one struggled to get dirt off my bench with just the hose.

Decided to replace my Shop-Vac with a little upgrade. My new Ridgid 6.5hp, 16 gal shop vac. Such a huge improvement.

Miller 211 ground cable and clamp upgrade

So I did end up grabbing a full brass clamp. As far as connecting it, did you just run the screw down onto the existing connector that’s crimped to the end of the cable or did you cut that connector off and then run the screw down onto the bitter end of the wires? Also, how did you clamp the...

Miller 211 ground cable and clamp upgrade

So I have a 211 that I purchased new in November of last year and the biggest complaint I have is the ground cable seems a little thin and I also want to upgrade the clamp to the USA Forged full brass style. Is it worth doing this and if so, what's the best way of going about doing this?
