Here's mine. This pump was from an old gas station I used to go to in my teens . The pump had not been used since 1983 and was sadly neglected . Not really old, as it was made in 1973, but still a fun project.

Well,with about 400 square feet , it's enough to do most projects ... If I could find the time ....

How long did it take me to finish ...? Well , I initially thought , a week-end or two for wiring and a week -end or two for a little drywall and paint ... As most jobs typically go , it started to get a life of its own and I was at it for the better part of 6 months , when ever I could find...

Anybody have any recommendations on a good electric weed eater ...?

There's Tim Hortons in Canada? Re the epoxy floor , I waited about 24 hours between coats . The weather was approx, 70* F

I'd fix it by taking the batten strips off and putting drywall right over top of the plywood . That way you accomplish several things .You'll eliminate the waves in your ceiling ,the ceiling will now have a fire rating and you won't have to remove the insulation . Just my $ .02 worth ...

About 400 square feet It's an unusual two level / "L" shape , but it works for me. Good luck with your project . Post some progress pics for us.

Yeah , there's a television in the garage . It's typically tuned to hockey and football or Speed Channel...!

It's holding up really well . I debated about Race Deck ,but the epoxy has been the right choice for me.

I used 3 coats of Rustoleum Industrial Solvent based epoxy .Been down about a year , looks great .

No , I just used 3 coats , which probably contributes to the amount of shine. I thought about the clear but I liked the the semi -gloss look.

I used Rustoleum Professional Sovent base with the chips . The vinyl chips mask a lot of the debris that collects on your floor this time of year . I'd highly recommend using them .
