    A couple of things you may want to consider are : 1. One coat may not cover to your satisfaction, 2.Three coats are probably better than 1 for durability, despite what Epoxy Coat might claim... Just my $.02 worth...

    How to fix cracks in garage floor?

    Rustoleum claims that their epoxy patching products are 4 times as strong as concrete , so I'd be fairly confident that they'll work. Just make sure that you prepare the crack properly by removing any loose pieces and brushing or blowing any dust away.

    Hammer Drill Bits

    You can definitely put an SDS Plus bit in a standard chuck and given that the SDS system uses the slots on the side of the bit to lock it in place ,I don't think that you'd damage your bit.

    Help: Mounting items on cinderblock wall

    Be careful using a rotary hammer in cinder block , as it has a tendency to blow the back of the block out . You'd be safe with a standard hammer drill.
