My new almost dream shop 25x32

I thought I posted it somewhere, but I picked it up from Greg Smith Equipment. I drove there to look them over and make sure it's what I wanted. I had to hurry and get out of there though, I kept seeing more things I wanted. I haven't had any real issues with it. Installation was pretty...

I just picked up a Blackhawk metric impact set off ebay

I would definitely pick up the 18. The 20 I would say is definitely more rare. But for 1 more socket...it's not much. I would even grab some up to like 24. 21, 22 are used for some lugnuts or suspension. I have used 23 and 24 a handful of times too. Enough that I was glad i had em.

Where can I buy a bolt this long?

You can find a longer bolt, with the proper specs, then cut it down. (Tip: Put a nut on it before you cut then remove the nut after cutting to help clean up the threads)

Air couplers type T (Tru-flate) vs type M?

Use the Milton Type V high flow. You will notice a huge difference in tool power. Search the site for discussions on them.

I agree, it's only for quick and easy flushing of multiple vehicles in a neat fashion. None of that recycling stuff. I almost got a clear understanding of how it all works. But here is a pic of the instructions.

tools to be checked on an airline

Re: tools to be checked on a airline You can also buy a $30 flare gun toss it in a pelican or other hard case luggage. Then just declare it as a firearm. It does have to go as checked baggage usually requiring extra fees. It gets locked with a regular lock and they can't open it unless your...

Another air compressor big enough question

The NT IR I referred to was the one you linked. Northern Tool IR The Eaton Polar Air models are all factory direct. You order from the factory and they always know their products and have parts in stock. I ordered a small 4 gal portable contractor style compressor. It arrived leaking oil from...

Another air compressor big enough question

I would go for the NT IR. Higher cfm and rated for 100% duty cycle. You could also look into Eatons.

Is it o.k. to mix castro dot 3 brake fluid with OEM dot 3 brake fluid?

I don't think I have ever read a manufacturer manual that didn't require their own branded fluids and parts. So apparently aftermarket products are not useable in anything.

? about pot style sand blasters

I used a HF pot for an axle. The media I was using would clog. So I resorted to rocking the pot to keep it flowing. worked fine for my occasional needs.
