    Band saw, jig saw, scroll saw. Anything that "cuts". You don't want to abrade the plastic because it will melt and gum up.

    No. You wont be OK. Your blade speed will still be way too high regardless of the number of teeth.

    Your blade fpm will be at least three times what it should be. If you're lucky, during the first few seconds of trying to cut metal you'll get to see some sparks. If you're not, you'll just notice that all the teeth disappeared from your new band saw blade.
