If you want a good set go with the Gearwrench 75pc set. It'll blow you away at how awesome its awesomeness is. Otherwise, just buy the taps and dies you need as you need them, there's no sense in buying a complete set if you're not going to use most of it.

I bought these in November, simply love them. My only issue is that you didn't come around with this dang coupon code when I bought mine, you could have saved me a few bucks. Damn you!!!

Got mine today, fit snug but not overly tight. A week or two at work will tell the tale if they're good or not.
