    you needed a bigger hammer. Next time call the local rental company and get a skid skeer with hammer. Would have broke that up in 3 or 4 hours. then put the bucket on and dig it out

    The only thing about the airless sprayer is cover everything withing 25' of where your working. The overspray goes everywhere. I have the same sprayer as shown and sprayed a pergula this weekend in 4hrs vs 2 guys for 2 days hand brushing

    Bobcat or Bobcat Mini for Garage Foundation

    Get the bigger machine with the toothed bucket. I watched the guy behind me f with one of those small ones for 3 days to dig a 12x12 patio. I could have probably done it in 3 hrs with a regular skid steer. Would have offered to help but he screwed a buddy of mine

    I like to mark 23 1/4, 48 1/4",71 1/4" on the sheet. This tells you if the trusses are square and straight

    Everyone has there opinion heres mine as a builder. Run 2 steel beams the 28' way,dividing the 38' into 3-12'8" sections. Once the steel is set then frame in between with 2x10's.     temp support the 2x's that create the roof pitch. Then sawzall a notch at the peak and install a 2x10 ridge. Cut and sister 2x8 rafters on to the 2x4 top cords of the truss.     Yea I am looking forward to finishing the site work side of it. Not having to deal with the water is a plus. Probably hold off on the construction till end of summer/ fall. I am getting very buisy right now
