Whats a good air impact ?

Honestly if I was starting over I would start with an IR titanium 1/2" gun and a Milwaukee 18v 3/8" gun. You would have a good stout air gun for the tough stuff and the cordless for everything else then you can add on the 1/2" bare tool later. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

    Extension Rack

For me it's my ocd, I would spend half the day making sure they were all straight and evenly spaced lol Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

    Extension Rack

I have been looking for something similar and I'm thinking of making my own out of a block of plastic like 2" wide 1" think and 12"-18" long and drilling holes in it to fit my extensions Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Help New Student Buy Discounted Snap On Tools with inheritence money

My first thought is what do you have for a toolbox as that would take a pretty big chunk out of that 10k. If you don't have anything yet I would look for a good sized tool cart with drawers all the way down. You may have to pay for this out of your own pocket to insure you follow your uncle's...

    Milwaukee 1704 drill anyone using?

I was mistaken then, but that does seem to be a boatload of torque for a drill lol Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Snap-On Ratchet with or without comfort grip

Soft grip every time, I do have a couple chrome ones that I use in situations the soft grip will get abused. About once a year the grip has moved about 1/8" down the handle and a snack on the workbench cures that. I do get them replaced about once every 5 years or so. Sent from my Pixel using...

    Must Have Tools

Good point, I have a nice snappy set even though 90% of the time they get used to push the clips in on electrical connectors rather than any hoses lol Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Hilti, Panasonic or just Milwaukee Fuel?

For quality I would choose Makita but Milwaukee is right behind them with a better selection of tools and battery options. As stated before, don't overlook the m12 stuff, I have the drill, 3/8 impact, driver and ratchets and use them 90% of the time in a professional setting Sent from my Pixel...

    Tite-Reach Socket Adaptors

I caught a video on you tube that snap on makes one now that is impact rated. Seems like one of them tools you will never need until you REALLY need it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

    Milwaukee 1704 drill anyone using?

Not sure but I think you have your torque ratings mixed up. I believe the impact driver is 1200 in lbs but the hammer drill is only 725 in lbs Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

New Invention: The Tool Swing: New videos

Re: The Tool Swing I LOVE the idea, very simple and effective. Like others have said its a trade off with under bench space but for me the real estate on top of the bench is much more important. On a side note, tell me a little more about that swing arm set up your welders are on in the...

7/8" sq drive for pipe plug?

Yes they make pipe plug sockets for them, I have a snap on set I use a lot for drain and fill plugs in the automotive world. They seem to fit ALOT better than a ratchet or an extension. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
