This stuff works wonders as well. It will remove most types of marker, tar, and other stuff without tarnishing the surface of what you are cleaning. You should be able to buy it in the can like this, since you don't live in CA where they banned it. HA HA.

I had the extension setup on my previous garage door due to a lack of clearance, and it worked just as well as the standard jackshaft mount. Just make sure that everything is aligned really well, and you won't have any issues.

Is there a limit to the length of runs you can have with any of these setups? We are starting construction soon and I am looking to have lights dispersed over 1.5 acres on various trees. Will I need multiple transformers or can I just use multiple runs with variously placed hubs?

If you have clearance issues with the jackshaft opener, they do make a model that has a gear setup that allows you to mount it slightly offset from the traditional mounting location. This isn't my picture, but the one I had in my last house had to be set up this way due to clearance issues...

Love the transformation and the attention to detail on the little stuff. Hopefully you hit that spinner with some 2K wet sandpaper to get that scuff out. That thing looked awesome.
