The roof pitch is 3/12 shingled which matches my house. We are putting down a Ice and Water shield that is an adhesive that ponds to the plywood and creates a water proof barrier. My father inlaw is a waterproofer.

Just hilti'd them in with anchors Walls wont go anywhere :D

I would like to Insulate my shop/garage before I run electrical and gas due to inspections and timing. I was thinking of predrilling all the electrical runs so that after I insulate I can just run the cable and gas line. Whats your opinion?
