We use 1.78 x Full Load amps to figure breaker size, so reverse math would put you needing a motor with FLA rating of 17 or below.

Almost all of the two stage units will give you 175 psi. BelAire, CP, C-Aire are all assembled in the US. Jenny says they are Made in the US and they make great compressors. I will add some more of their compressors shortly. They definitely carry a premium price

Cyberbear is right. Heat is the enemy of compressed air. The hotter the ambient air, the more moisture you will carry over. There is also the possibility of overheating the lubricant and losing its effectiveness. There are some options for quiet air compressors, but you pay a premium for sure.
