I wanted to add that both the bullwhip and the governor look very much to be stock parts, there's a bracket for each that appears original. I just don't know where the governor piston would have hooked in.

If there's an O'reilly near you, they sell the Ingersoll 114 for pretty cheap, and you can return it if it doesn't suit you. It's nowhere near as powerful as the others mentioned but it gets some work done. I'll probably still use mine once I get something stronger, for little stuff.

I picked this up, I can think of a few applications for it but does anyone it's specific purpose? Or if it's a generalized tool. The jaws and screw have SO numbers but does anyone know the number of the puller itself? TIA!!
