What do you think of aluminium ratchets? Are they as strong as the chrome vanadium ones? I can buy a Gedore 1993 U-10 ALU for less than a normal U-10T ratchet...

clic hose clamps. They **** and are used on European cars (VW, Audi, Peugeot, Opel)

I really hate these things. Can't get them off, can't get them on. I found these Facom or Hazet pliers in a video on youtube and they seem to work great. Has anybody ever worked with these of a model like these and what's your opionion? Are they useful?
