    Should I start buying tools for my son?

    I wouldn't buy him a set maybe some screw drivers to get him started etc. But I know that things I have had to work for mean more then things just handed to me. So maybe encourage him to mow lawns or something and pay for a least some of the tools if you want to help him buy quality tools.

    When I lived in a house with a crawl space when it got really cold I would leave a facet or two just trickling to keep from freezing. But you should heat trace it and insulate for sure.

    I have certainly smelled plenty of sprinkler water after people broke the lines or it froze and broke. I worked at big hotel that seemed every year we had some sprinkler issues wedding dresses hung on heads random frozen lines you name it.

    Different for sure should be interesting. I like the use of newer modular engine parts on the 300/6. What kind of fuel injection are you using to make it run ? I assume from the throttle body placement your going to run a intercooler not under the blower ?

    Yeah for 80 bucks it is hard go wrong I would pull a plug on the tank see if it is rusty inside and ask if they ran an autodrain. I would take the belts off and check to so if compressor rotates buy hand if not walk away. You can buy a 5 hp single phase baldor compresor motor off ebay for 350...

    So I need to pull a bearing off a crank for my air compressor rebuild are the harbor freight gear pullers any good ? I know there cheap but I won't use them everyday.
