It’s plastic, I’m going to try frosting with press n seal tonight and see if that does the trick. I’m also going to try shielding it so they don’t see the light directly from their windows. I’ll do some testing before a permanent solution is employed.

How much per fixture do you consider cheap and what kind of longevity are you looking to get out of them?

Pressure washer works pretty well but gets messy fast. I bore holes under sidewalks with a pressure washer, usually to run 4” drain pipe. It’s by far the easiest way to do it.
