If your going to buy thru the website and not off the truck, why not call customer service for your purchase? That way you can ask for the USA stamped ratchets and the customer service rep can make a note of it on the order for the guy picking it in the warehouse. Just a thought :D

The last time I tore down my vise to lube it, I had to remove a big ole snap ring like that one. You may have to get a flat head under it, while you use the snap ring pliers to open it up. Hope that helps :beer:
