    Snap-On KR761 Fair Price?

 I'm just getting old and still retain useless information like that :dunno: To the OP, a grand cash would be a fair offer, I recently bought a KRL761 for $700 similar condition, had to replace a set of slides but it did have keys. Good luck either way.

    Snap-On KR761 Fair Price?

There was a KR761, like the OP said it's a 20 year old box. http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/parts/pro_det.asp?Item_id=638715&group_id=678041&test=Roll+Cab%3B%240.00%3BKR761%3B638715

    changing tool brand preference

I've got a few Duralast tools that have held up over the years. Make sure to make a copy or scan your receipt because it is usually needed to warranty a Duralast tool. I actually bought the sealed head ratchets after reading a GJ thread http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=75220

    Quality USA made sockets set

If my vote counts, I too would get USA Williams. For what I spent on a few Snappy sockets I could've gotten a complete set from Williams.

Any Product You'd like to see released by HF?

Ok I'll play. I seen on the customer reviews for the 56" cab, multiple requests for a top box as far back as 2010. I may have pulled the trigger if a top box was available, instead a deal dropped in my lap, a clean KRL761 for $700, thanks HF for not listening to your customers :rocker:

    Snap On 2000 series

Did a quick google search and found the 1990 Xmas catalog... http://www.collectingsnapon.com/catalogs/catalogs.php?loggedin=0&catalogPage=5701 From what I read the cab is just like any SO box made today, custom drawer configurations. Your box is interesting, the original owner must have needed...

    emotional tools

My wife would call most of these attachments a men-tool disorder :lol_hitti I had only one emotional attachment to a set of tools, the first Christmas present from my newlywed wife after a rough year of her in and out of the hospital. It was a cheap set of Channellock hand tools, handy as a...

    Craftsman ripping off American companies

The site has a wrencher's club for deals and such. I joined, planning on buying Christmas gifts from their site directly. Its just one way to show support to an American company that is committed to keep manufacturing and jobs here.
