    what's the best 1/2 Impact?

Maybe, I really don’t abuse my tools. But when the motor turns and anvil doesn’t what am I supposed to do

    New Matco Cordless Impact

You might have a point, the one I really want is the 3/8, my air half inch is pretty good. But I have a hard time justifying the price, it’s a want not a need. My milwaukee 1/2 hasn’t been reliable but can’t complain about my other tools. I just don’t think the 1/2 is built for professional...

    New Matco Cordless Impact

The issue I have with milwaukee is it keeps breaking, and never had the power it claimed.

    New Matco Cordless Impact

Currently own the Milwaukee m18 tools, and am unhappy with them. Thinking about getting this that they just came out with, anyone have the 3/8 version? was gonna get both this 1/2 and the 3/8... The price is kinda outrageous though...

    what's the best 1/2 Impact?

ive had problems with most of my Milwaukee tools tbh. theyre not as great as people say honestly. my opinion though, it seems challenging Milwaukee is a mortal sin. main thing that bother me is the battery fit so loosely on the tools

    what's the best 1/2 Impact?

I really wish I would've bought Ingersoll Rand cordless instead of Milwaukee. The Milwaukee quality honestly *****, and it doesn't even have close to the power they say it does. Mine break constantly too

    Whats up with Cornwell prices?

too me they've always been much more reasonably priced than any of the other tool truck brands

    Cornwell ratchet warranty policy change(?)

I think it just depends on who answers the phone at the time. I love Cornwell tools and that's what id buy if more trucks were around.

Milwaukee battery hard to install and remove

strange, mine fit in so loosely, it feels like its almost always going to fall out

    Snap-on 1/2" cordless impact

I highly recommend using a Milwaukee before you buy one. I have one and the power isn’t what they claim at all. I have the newest half inch, the battery flops around like crazy and doesn’t make good contact in my experience. I would go for ir or something and spend the money

Can Universal Deep Sockets Replace Regular Deep Sockets?

Dude if you’re a hobbyist just buy a single 1/4 universal that can go on the shallow sockets you already have, buy a deep socket set, and you can use your 1/4 universal on that. In my opinion, is so rare you’ll need a universal deep socket set, when the job can’t be done with a swivel and just...

Should I buy a Timing Gear Clamp Set to change a Honda timing belt?

I’m a technician at a Honda dealership, not one of us has these and we’ve done lots of timing belts. You genuinely don’t need one, these holders are more for engines that don’t have timing marks. Or they could be for cars with chains which are more difficult to stretch over. The first time you...

Looking for a High Quality, High Torque 3/4" Impact Wrench, Suggestions?

I have the snap on one, pretty strong. I had to get it rebuilt, but it wasn’t the tools fault. The compressor at work is 99% water. The gun needs A LOT of air though.

Best tool box for the money

I have one, it’s a 6 drawers krs46 that I move around all day with me. It’s stuffed. I can’t put anything else in there. For the time being I’m going to clean out as much as I can, get rid of my bolt drawer, and organize junk so I can at least stop leaving the new tools I buy on top of my box...

Best tool box for the money

I don’t have NO debt, just no tool debt and am not eager to get back into it. For the time being I may just **** it up for a bit, and take my time to find a good used one. I know I can finance a box for 60 a week but that adds up. 3-4 years ago I bought the classic for 5k and came with 5 grand...

Best tool box for the money

Yeah that’s what I’m saying, 6 grand is 6 grand. I can float 3-4 grand without financing. But 6k is more in finance range for me, I’m 23 and have no tool debt at the moment and it’s pretty nice. The reason why I’m thinking about this so much is I’m young and have a long career ahead of me still...

Best tool box for the money

I’d absolutely love the krl and up with the 30 in drawers, but the price is nutty. I’ll probably wait for a deal. Not taking up a ton of space is a big factor too. Seems like there’s no right answer, just gotta find what works and what I’m willing to pay
