Iv had a four post in the past and think a 2 post will fit my needs better.

I just tryed to insert a open paper clip down various parts of the cracks and it did not go down at all. Seems to be just surface cracks. Next step ill drill small hole to see exact depth of concrete. Thanks

One post lift wont allow me access to wheel and suspention components. Similar to a four post lift.

Hi i attempted to acid etch my concrete today using the supplied acid powder that comes in the EC kit. I followed mixing instructions. it never "fizzed' or seemed to do anything to the concrete. I used a metal watering can to spread the etching. Could the metal made watering can had a effect on...

When taping off the garage door line where the seal meets the concrete, what type of tape would work best for this?? Will the green painters tape do the job?? Also how do i prevent the acid etching from eating away the concrete past the taped line??? Thanks

Ok looks like ill be mixing 4 differnt batches using 4 different buckets. Now what should i do with the mixing bit that comes with the kit in between batches?? Should i wash it after every mix???

Im trying to figure this out also. I plan to epoxy my garage this weekend. By taping off under the door seal, wouldent that leave a "weak spot" for the epoxy to start pealing or flaking??

So would you think mixing one whole batch(and pouring it all) will give me enough time to coat 440 sq/ft or should i just make and mix 4 batches??

Ford Smith was based out of Stoney Creek Ontario Canada. They went out of buisness a few years back. I believe they were quality canadian made lifts. I still see many shops in the Toronto area using there lifts.
