    HF Blasting Cabinet Fixes

Looked at 8 or 10 YouTube videos on modifying a sand blasting cabinet and spent $100+ and 3/4 of a day installing a gravity feed system and increasing the air hose size to 3/8" id. Only made it worse. What did I do wrong?

Bauer 1.5 ah vs. 3 ah tools

I have the 1.5ah Bauer drill and impact that work fine. Bought the Bauer. Brushless compact reciprocating saw and when I got home, I see it for 3.0ah battery. Question: will the saw work with the 1.5ah battery or do I need to bite the bullet and buy the 3ah battery/charger? Thanks in advance.

    Uncluttered, spotless garage, sick people

The 20' containers in my avatar are the tip of the iceberg. One on the right has lawn and gardening equipment and the other one has my wife's seasonal holiday decor. The barn has a shop and a 400 SQ. FT' exercise room with a 1000 gallon water exercise unit. Another building houses an RV garage...

Thoughts on horse/stock trailer for tool storage/workshop?

I've seen more than a few horse trailers set up as mobile workshops. Best bet is a fifth wheel as there is more storage above the hitch. Horse pee is very corrosive....check around the edges to make sure that the wall/floor connections are sound.

99 year old 4 post lift

Attended a car show in Creede Co this morning and saw this 4 post lift in a yard as I was returning to my car. As I was taking pictures, a lady came out of the house and asked if I had any questions. Turns out that his was part of Larson Chevrolet and was made in 1924. There was a late 1920’s 1...

Had two more shark bites fail! Last year one failed and caused $30,000 damage. These failures are ones that were installed by professional plumbers. cost $600 to replace a simple water softener installation with soldered copper. Now I know why everybody uses them.

Dropped my post on van mods

I suspect that you tossed my post on using the seat belt anchor post for safety/liability reasons. This has third row seats that have never been used. If I was ever to sell it, it would take 5 minutes to reinstall the seat belts

Trailer VIN sticker tore up- need to register

Bought this trailer in Minnesota and as you can see, the VIN was covered up with aluminum to fight road salt. I had the title along with emails from the previous owners and the manufacturer confirming that there was a VIN under the aluminum. Stamped a new plate and the local DMV accepted it.

    Replacing just the leach field?

The county now requires a health department septic system check when homes are sold. I was able to put a new leach field in despite the fact that the newer systems were required by the county. By the time we were done with the new leach field, the old field was working again. I installed a Y...

Weird question but those of you with small shops in residential. Have you got a toilet? if so what kind?
