Lumber getting soaked in this rain, issue?

OSB is never left flat on the building when it's exposed to the elements. In the picture the OSB is flat letting water sit on it and one is in the grass just absorbing water from the bottom. At any lumber yard the OSB is stored inside or under a roof for a reason.

Lumber getting soaked in this rain, issue?

Heck no. You bought a product from them and delivered it in the rain without protecting the product. Its there fault if it gets soaked. I am just talking about the OSB though. OSB should have a number of times it can get wet and dry out without compromising the product. Most of the...

    Primary/secondary pump wiring. Questions.

How do you wire the primary loop pump to come on when the secondary loop kick on also. I plan on doing a dhw loop and a floor heat loop. My understanding is that the main loop will always need to run when the secondary ones are.

New Shop build floor heat questions

Also something to think about is your venting material cost. I see the unit you picked needs stainless vent. Sometime that can be pricey. You could consider looking at unit that a little more expensive but would be PVC venting.

New Shop build floor heat questions

Sounds like you have it mostly figured out. But one thing I didn't see on your list in an air separator. One thing to think about though I adding a loop with with a heat transfer plate on it to get you some warm running water. That is if you plan on having running water out there
