I feel ya, I just finished cutting up 2 old steel dock sections and loading them in the trailer to go to the scrap yard, taking a break and then we are going back out to go through the scrap pile and add a few hundred more pounds to the load. I too need to prep the blower soon, maybe next week...

Mush thanks for backing up my thoughts on this. For the guy who only needs to drill the occasional wire or letter size hole the HF (ChiCom) stuff will get the job done with out breaking the bank. IMO it is better to have the cheap set on hand vs having to wait for UPS to drill one or 2 holes.

This ^^^ I have been buying metals for close to 40 years I have never seen steel tube with square corners. You could fake it buy getting 2 pieces of 1" angle and welding it into a tube and grinding or milling the welds square.
