Pierce, the tilt is pretty simple just 2 diameters perpendicular to one another. They are approx. 1-1/2" diameter, 1-1/2" long. On my example only the 'male' part is machined, same 1-1/2" diameter as the swivel base. This fits horizontally in the vise. The female portion is cast oversize...
