Newer homes come with Homeowner's Associations -- and often very strict covenants. They get very "prickly" when you start moving in automotive repair tools, tool boxes, and garage equipment.
Make sure you read and understand every word of that covenant:thumbup:
woahaaahaaahaaa!!! Dave, I can see that you are going to have to go through an "intervention" here real soon:bounce:
Very nice score - for the price, even if they don't work -- they look cool as hell!
Nice pics! Your tools have seen some good use. That old "blue" colored US made dwell/tach dates back to the 1970's. That particular model was a staple in every "harry homeowner" tool box of the day.
I believe it was made/sold by "RAC" industries and many others who relabled it under their own...
Welcome!!! Take off the spurs and have a look around :bounce:

Snap-on was not "sky-high" in the 60's and 70's when I was purchasing tools off the trucks. In fact, they would be pretty competitive on "bread and butter" products like pliers and screw drivers. Where they did charge a premium was in their "flank drive" lines such as wrenches and sockets. Those...
Huge sale on this weekend and lots of specials in the tool section. Mine was the same -- they had a midnight sale and they did generate a lot of traffic. They're restocking all day today
Nice and useful light duty lathe. Perfect machine to learn the basic skills on, and to grow with. Parts are still available through various outlets (incl. ebay) and you can move the lathe yourself withoiut having to pay a rigger.
They are -- but their website is out of date. Many broken links and not very organized. It looks like it was produced by a 15 year old with ADHD :bounce:
