I am going to build a small enclosed shop/garage 13wx22L and 10tall for a future building for my lift. I am going to use metal 4x4post and 6" C channel between post to bolt sheet metal walls to. QUESTION: do I need a footer since I am not bolting walls to floor. Pad will be min 5" thick...

only place to put my extra garage (in city) has the electric power line to the house in pvc pipe only 18 inches below the ground surface, can I still get a 5-6" thick pad that will handle a 2 post lift and not pull up and have all the required ground prep under the pad itself???? thanks.

on a 17w 23L foot building 12' high, is there a strength advantage to running the 36" wide panels vertical vs horizontal?? it takes more to run them vertical and maybe looks better to some or not. what is your take on this? thanks.

I have for years used kitty litter and in my experience far cheaper than oil dry....sprinkle some down, grind into cement with your shoe, sweep up and done...but whatever works best for you is my motto. good luck

READHEAD......what do you think about a carport/garage using 3x3 box for the 4 corner and an additional 2 in between the 4 corners...6 or 8 inch c-channel for roof beans and walls of metal screwed into the beams??? would be on a 5 -6" thick pad.

when I drive the Z06 to family once or twice a month (500 Mile round trip) I like to cover during visit, I like and use the noah cover both indoors, under carport and outdoors. my second one and very happy with the product....cost around $225

due to city codes decided to put up a 15x22 x 10-12' high metal building on 4" slab with one entry door ( 10'wx8'h) to pull car in. no interior walls so should I....just hang up bat insulation on inside of metal, spray some type of insulation on metal, or ????? what about moisture? I live in...
