    doing it myself...15x22x12' high, 1 9x8 door, concrete floor, regardless of which one I was thinking of using corner post metal 4x4x12' tall for strength....which would be cheaper to do, and what do you think of my idea for the corner post, also roof metal on metal build and could be either wood...

    instead of making an enclosed 15' wide carport/garage with 12' walls and flat roof, would I have enough room if I used 10' walls and pitched roof with max height in center of 12' to use a 2 post lift and be able to stand under car with lift at full height??? city restrictions of 12' max...

    wall height, will be flat roof unless city decides to raise height limits which is now being discussed. in future would change to something with peak/slope if rules change.
