    Automotive Painting Safety

The one pictured is particulate only, I think you're confusing it with an organic vapor cartridge mask.

This does work if you wrap some Teflon tape around the threads. However, gravity bleeding works well on most disc brakes. Just open the bleeder & let the fluid run. I sometimes tap on the caliper to dislodge any small bubbles.

Stealing 110v power source from lift 220v power supply

Thanks, but I already understood the concept of a mwbc (probably from this fourm) but I was mostly wondering if this was a practical use for one, & if the 220 breaker satisfied the handle tie requirement.

Stealing 110v power source from lift 220v power supply

To add to this question: Can you add 2 duplex gfci outlets, one from each leg (mwbc?) & share the neutral since the handles are tied together at the breaker?

picts of your in-floor heat set ups.

I was reluctantly salting my front steps last night, as my in-laws were coming for dinner, and I had this thought: Do you need to worry about the concrete spalling if you shut off the heat before the surface is dry? Not sure if that is a concern, but I always thought that water re-freezing...

Scissor truss clearance for 2 post lift 10 foot wall

Seems like an easy calculation since the center of your span is 12' By my math, the difference between 7 & 4 is 3, so I'd think you'd have about 3' difference between the same place on the top and bottom chord.

    Chamberlain RJ070 vs RJ020

I think you're wrong about the wifi. I have 2) RJ020s that I operate from the MyQ app. I don't remember buying anything extra. https://www.garagedooropener.review/chamberlain-rj020-vs-rj070/ It looks to me that the only difference is the battery backup.

The easiest method of removing powder coating?

I gotta agree with this if the finish is sound but just discolored. Scuff well & use 2k spray for best results

Do you do any kind of freeze protection on central ac unit?

Ok that makes more sense. I do know of a guy that used to completely take down his 4x18 above ground pool every fall, pack it away & reassemble it every spring. Reused all the screws, even reused the liner. So there are some people that might...

Do you do any kind of freeze protection on central ac unit?

You would pump it down, disconnect it & move it to your shed if you had room for it?

    Garage door following truss..... Again

I had a similar problem, but noticed my cables were too long & weren't spooling to the larger diameter of the high lift pulley. When I shortened the cables, the problem was solved. Long shot, but worth taking a look.

    freezing paint rollers and brushes

I wrap & freeze mine, but I'm not sure it helps. Once I was delayed for a week or so & the roller seemed dried out. I think the freezer self-defrost cycles had an effect.

In-Floor Heat with Auxiliary Modine Unit Heater in Workshop

I am interested in this too, and wondering what is the best way to plumb it. 2 more tees off the primary loop? Then a valve & a pump? Or just a pump? Or could you just make the whole thing part of the primary loop & just control the output with the fan? I believe PWC Repair has done something...
