I like my Rockwell. It will fit pretty much any blade, quick change, has more than enough power and decent priced. Blades are what cost you if you are going to use them a lot.

Because of the shape of that part casting it into green sand looks difficult to me. You could get a machinist to do a few molds for you and probably keep up with demand. As of late I have been into lost foam casting. As a test I suggest you try it out. Just get some foam, a bucket, some fine...
