    Looking to possibly upgrade this push in rubber grommet/shut off valve set up for my portable generator. The tank is plastic with a 9/16" dia hole.     Question about a Bell and Gossett Recirculating Pump

    I just replaced a B&G series 100 pump at my parents house. I had to turn the pump 90 degrees from the factory position. I used a new gasket per the instructions and it is leaking. I pulled it out and installed a new gasket and it leaks. Does anyone have any experience with these?
