I'm trying to replace the dies/cutters on a Pexto model 298 circle cutter. Is there a trick to this? Made a spanner wrench so could use an impact wrench but the cutters won't budge. Tried both directions. Any help would be appreciated. We tried heating it with a propane torch but didn't go crazy...
