I sheeted the inside of my shop in OSB instead of drywall, mainly so i didnt have to mud and tape, what do you guys recommend for painting it? Spray or roll? Gonna be a semi gloss white, the building is 40x48x16, ceiling is white tin, but i cheaped out on the walls lol.

Having some guys poly, tin, and insulate my shop ceiling, they are putting up a 6mil poly vapor barrier, and they are tuck taping around light boxes, but not the seams. Contractor told me its not code to tape ceiling seams, only wall seams. Is he givin me the runaround or telling me the truth?

any fast way calculate total linear feet of rebar for a slab floor w/fatoring in overlap? Eng says i need 10mm(3/8) bar 18" squares, local yard here carry's 20 footers. inside dimensions of the floor are 39x47 (40x48 o/s sitting on grade beam). Thanks guys !

Gonna be puttin my 2 post hoist in soon, has anyone ever hit a piece of rebar while drilling the holes for the anchor bolts? What is the procedure to correct it if a guy does hit rebar?

Only have a bobcat and 2 helpers, need to raise this wall, would rather do it in 2 sections but it has a 16 wide x 14 high door opening in the middle. What do you guys figure the best way to raise it is? I was thinkin building 2 sections and lifting the header in after but that is always a PITA.
