Help me ID my latest CL freebie. Some sort of cast iron, foot operated punch? The pedal causes the lower pin type punch to raise. Both tapers are adjustable. The top on has a funny end on it. Dale is cast in to the side, but no other numbers or info. A few google searches yielded nothing.
