I’ve also had problems with tap cons. When I do I just switch to redhead concrete anchors.

Looks like it could be damage from a hammer (or other type of tool) used to tap the flooring into place. I would take a stain pen and go over those marks. Soon the entire floor will have “character” and you won’t notice anymore. If there are enough of them I would address it with the installer.

Where’s the packing material for the box? It just looks like homak stuck a heavy metal box inside a thin cardboard box and slapped a shipping label on it. Is there any foam padding that’s missing in the photos? I don’t think this has anything to do with ups. Homak is at fault.
