I am in the process of purchasing an 1800 sqft commercial unit which I will be using as an extension of my garage. I am looking for a cost effective floor coating solution for this unit. I figured that I will have around 1600 sqft of flooring that I will want to get coated. The rest of it is a small front office are and a bathroom.
Concrete is in excellent condition, no large cracks, etc.
Can someone point me in the direction of floor coatings you would suggest for a shop this size? I will have some cars in it, along with a 2 post lift, etc, where I may be doing some repairs and general maintenance on my cars, but also a place to keep a few as I am out of room in my 3 car garage at the house.
