Will be (keenly) looking to see what projects you come up with now.
Aluminium can be fun. Just have a look at the Diesel tanks on HOTFR8 (the F4 Truck) when next this way.

Can't wait to see what you do with it...
This may give you some ideas.

Although knowing you as I do you most likely have some other wild idea by now.
The fuel tank just fitted into the work truck, with a little persuasion.
The look on Mrs 1/2 Cups face was priceless and spoke volumes without a word being uttered.

Anyway silence is golden
Now to regain some points![]()
That's a pretty big tank! Look forward to seeing you get some use out of the welder.
If it don't fit you must just quit. Hmmm seen something like that somewhere.
Nice size tank.
Lol we are constantly trying to make up points with the ladies!
1/2 Cup
That looks like something that I might do at a moments notice and be willing to pay the piper later LOL

I think you are on to it HOTFR8, but not for fuel.
I know some one that has a T Bucket with trailer and a keg that inspired me.![]()
.My better half is also really good at organizing so we are both lucky there!!! Next weekend we are taking EVERYTHING out of the garage and she is going to help me put everything back in so it is easier to find things.
Keep up the updates!
My wife won't touch anything in my garage. In my case that's a good thing because everytime she straightens up any room with something of mine in it I never see it again.
My wife has her space and I have to ask to use anything there. Where are you going to find a spot for your wife, 1/2 Cup.? Your home and lot appear pretty filled up already.

You are a machine.... It's a satisfying thing though to get so much done! Good on you!
Don't know what a spit roaster is but is aluminum a good choice for cooking after it has been exposed to fuels?
I had a look and smelled the insides and you are right.![]()
Just a thought on the cooker, Wouldn't any fuel residue burn off?
Are there any chemicals that would saturate into the aluminum?
Aren't jack hammers fun!
Hope your son has a great trip! What State is he heading to?
Dude.... Your an industrious fellow! 4 hours on a jack-hammer would be hard.

Yep jack hammers are real fun..............NOT, but got the job done in the end.
2 days later and I am still sore in places I did not know existed.
