Kastar Tool
Acquired by Lang Tool / A&E some time ago.

Originally located on Long Island, New York (?) (awaiting confirmation from factory.)
Currently (and back into the 1970s when I was buying/selling it) in Racine, Wisconsin.
Original logo used on their small ignition wrenches (letter "K" inside a 5-point star inside a circle):

Not really a "logo" per se, but I'm going to dump this here for now:

^ I just learned of that website a couple days ago and it's a gold mine.

I was quite amused when I found myself downloading Thorsen fly sheets in *.pdf format that I had posted here on Garagejournal in *.jpg format some time ago.

Thankfully there are still people willing to collect vintage catalogs as hardcopy collectibles but generously share their time and effort in making sure the information contained therein is available in digital PDF form in the public domain FOR FREE!

I don’t have any info on the Dutch Tool Company, no one recognizes that brand. Good luck!

Those sockets look exactly like the sockets made by Newton Pressed Steel and King Pressed Steel for their own brands, for the Service Engineering Company, and for the Boston Wrench Company, all located in the Boston area.
