Ball bearing drawers which are rated at 50 lbs. Five drawers, should be a good homeowners set and you can add a middle drawer set, or a base cabinet.

Your Craftsman choice is 37 lbs, the Husky is 70 lbs, I'd have to say you can infer that the Husky is probably built better, from heavier gauge material. Generally, when I see the Craftsman top chests with the plastic side handles, they are pretty-flimsy. The Husky appears to have 'proper' extruded aluminum side handles, a better feature at this price point. To me, the Husky holds more, and is what appears to be a better box.
For an additional $33, the Husky looks to be a better choice, and I think you will thank yourself for choosing the Husky over the Craftsman every time you open a loaded tool drawer in it. The difference is a dollar a pound, and you get twice the drawer rating, which one do you believe is built better, and will hold-up in-service longer?
