I bit on the 52 tonight darnit...in the middle of my 10th garage rearranging.
last 1 at my local store besides a dented one which they had only knocked 100 bucks off (a really good hit on the bottom frame too..so i passed on it).
Been watching it since christmas. Kept debating...to get more space than my old matco MB1320

the old SO being my first decent sized tool box, my first ever being a weeny stanley lol 10 years ago.
In the end, home owner use, tons more space, no time to keep looking on craigslist like i have in the past...i bit, plus gift card helped. No room for 2 was going to sell the matco but now with what little i have in it the wife is thinking on putting it in my 5 year olds room for legos, action guys, etc =)
btw made in vietnam for those curious, i hate china stuff like the rest and really am trying to stay local if i can these days but home owner use....and i wanted the top hutch to open like this and be a usable shelf.
Thought about the dewalts but i need more small drawers than huge ones.
Also it seems only specific stores, i called one on the next exit up and they said regular price, 0 in stock, 4 on order. I like the drawer liners.
Drawers firm up once loaded up a bit and are smooth. Only the bottom 2 large ones are rolled at the top drawer side lips. Not sure of the gauge surely a bit thinner, they cut weight also by not having a solid bottom, the back may be a thinner gauge than sides not sure.
