Want to build new frame for RV mattress. Will use full size (60x80) queen memory foam mattress (30 pounds) plus two peeps round up to 400 total weight to support plus some 'movement'. Want it to be light as possible. Plan to use .5x.5x.065 square tube to make frame then cover with 1/4 lauan...

Thank you all. I will look for a deeper box although this one isn't pinching. To ground the box, do I run another ~6" green wire from back of receptacle ground log to box perhaps using the bonding lock nut mentioned? Wire is 10AWG btw.

Reviewing the nice table in the recent built post. Is it OK to put the gas bottle under the table you intend to work on from a safety standpoint? I know it may be a pain to get to. I want all welding stuff and table contained in one area.
