    with the lights being on the underside of the trusses and i cap off about the trusses, i think i would run into problems fitting the osb boards where my trusses are braced from the highest point.

    i have looked at how i would go about capping off ceiling and i think i would rather put the insulation along the roof line, dont mind heating the peak.....with this being a small garage 24x24 with 8 foot walls, there really isnt much space in the peak.....so how could i insulate along the metal...

    i am located in kentucky. walls are insulated...roof isnt insulated, havent figured out the best way of insulating it, i dont want to put a ceiling in it, i want to leave the trusses open. money 300-500 bucks the most. no natural gas or propane tanks on property right now.
