I picked this up recently at an estate sale, and I'm not sure what it is supposed to be for. The patent date is quite old. It looks to me like it was designed to cut electrical wire and crimp connections. Can anyone verify that?

What do you find is the best place, other than ebay, to sell your vintage vises? Facebook Marketplace? Craigslist? Some other place? Like many others I hate ebay and will not sell there. What is your experience outside of ebay?
