It is a great idea for all of the above, "green materials", inexpensive materals, strong, readilly available everywhere. you can put any siding on it you want. the few i have seen have a stucko(sp?) finish on the outside, and either beed board, or drywall on the inside.

You're mostly correct, they use mostly pressure, especially the 1/2" driver and under, although the big ones that you have the trigger pulled for a long time use a ton of CFM. its the whole Torque or Horsepower deal, which one is actually turning the wheels and doing the work? in this case...

as of about 20 minutes ago, the idea is to offer a free tool with purchase of another. it will be for pneumatic tools. it will be automoatic, and only for specific tools. i still like the gift card idea, but i seem to be the only one.
