You're exactly right. Outfits like Vevor and Yeswelder are moving into the space that HF used to own and will eventually push HF out of the welding/plasma cutting market completely. I don't understand why HF is allowing this to happen

I like the Icon pliers I picked up, but they're very bad about surface rusting here in the Gulf Coast. Functionality is still fine but they look like ****. Knipex have held up way better to the humidity.

You can also just raise one end of your current level by 1/4" and draw marks with a sharpie.

Vevor sells a clone of the Oregon grinder for less than $100. I want to check it out but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. It looks much nicer than the harbor freight grinder for the $.

Same here, local shop charges $20/tire to mount and balance. It's not worth the hassle to try it myself without the big equipment

I already have a 1/4" impact driver that does most of what an electric ratchet would do. Plus it drives screws. I'd like to have the Makita ratchet but I would only use it in places the impact can't fit and I haven't run into that enough to justify it
