I'll bet it is Truth. Alloy Artifacts lists an R2 Truth that is very similar. Doesn't really look Penens now that I look at it again.

That is a Penens/Challenger. I think. Anything I've found with an R-part number has been Penens.

I've seen in S-K catalogs where these were listed to be used as tackle boxes and toolboxes. Would be best as a tackle box,I would say,with those rounded trays.
