So the thread title says it all. My wife said if I stack any more tools or greasy **** on the chest freezer she is throwing it away. Needless to say I have the green light to build a work bench. I found this one online and I believe I am going to build it. Any thoughts on it? I don't need...

New box, my homemade socket organizers

So my wife pretty much "forced" me to buy the 44" roller cab from a HF. I filled it up completely with all the stuff I have. So my wife, in her great wisdom, decided I needed a new top chest to go with it so I could actually organize the tools and not just have every drawer crammed full. Now...

Transporting a 44" HF box from the store

I am about to go pull the trigger on a 44" 13 drawer box from HF. I will be putting it on a trailer as I don't have a truck. My question is, can I stand the crate up on its end and use a hand truck to move it? What are some tips to handle this thing by myself?

    Recommend me a regulator

I had a free regulator given to me and it has 1/8" NPT inlet and outlet fittings and I think it is severely limiting my impact and other air tools. It may be that it is an old piece of junk, as it doesn't adjust just has a constant 120 psi, and it had a leak that went away. I am not sure about...

    60 gallon compressor opinions

Hello all, I am buying a new compressor. I have it narrowed down to the Kobalt 60 gallon, or the Husky 60 gallon. Two very similar compressors. However, the kobalt is 499 and the husky 449. The kobalt puts out about 1 more cfm than the husky at 90 psi, and has a tiny bit higher rated motor. So...

    quincy leak

My quincy 310 is leaking oil from the shims behind the main bearing seal carrier. It barely leaks, more like a seep. I may have too much oil in it, it took 1 3/4 quart to show full on stick. I swear I saw somewhere it takes one quart but can't find it, so just filled on dip stick. Advice?

    Pawn shops in Pensacola

I don't know if you all have any experience with pawn shops in pensacola, fl, but they are insane! Most of these places had heavily used air tools (snap on, mac, etc.) for outrageous prices. For example, there was a Mac air angle grinder, beat to all hell, marked $75. They had a set of sunex...
