I made this Trefoil and I’d like to finish it off with some swirl marks. I’m not sure what grit or grinder I should use. I’ll use my 4.5” grinder and then a die grinder for the tight spots. I’ll then clear coat it. What would you suggest?

I just need to do a little more grinding and I’ll be finished. 40 grit then 80 grit flap wheels then the brown Scotch disc. I like the bright metal finish but it’ll rust pretty fast even indoor. Give me some ideas for a nice looking finish. Clear coat maybe? Thanks

I would like the option of turning off my lights but I don’t want to chop up my harness. I was thinking of just removing my light fuse and tapping in there. I’d run the wires up to a convenient location and install a switch. I’d add another fuse. Good idea?
